Victorimania Chapter 3: All things shall be well and all Manor of things shall be well

Chapter 3 of my oddball Victorian detective IF.

This one is a little more complex in terms of code, and has 3 distinct personae to choose from. It's also about a party, and who doesn't love a good knees-up?
